The big surprise was that Major would be allowed to attend the RV show. So I got left at the campground by myself (kind of peaceful and quiet actually) while they all drove back to Tampa. The traffic was horrendous- construction and delays everywhere.
But hey, even though Major got all the attention from the crowd, at least they brought me home some goodies- all purchased at Techno RV. www.technorv.com A whole bunch of LED lights to retrofit my interior lighting, Cool white, bright and way more efficient to conserve on my house batteries. And they don't make any heat, resulting in less need to run my AC. These should make boon docking easier on me for sure. I like it!
I also got a neat Progressive Industries hardwired electrical protection system. It will protect me from electrical surges and high and low voltage spikes. You never know if the campgrounds have done the wiring correctly, and I just plug in- kind of like unprotected sex- dangerous! Don't know what took so long for Alan to get this for me. Now I just have to bug him to get it installed ASAP. It sure won't do me any good if it stays in the box.
