Independence Day!

July 4th! This really is Indpendence day for Alan & Bev.  Thier nephew moved out of the CT house this week to his own apartment.  A Long  4 years for all of us.  He has graduated High (trade ) School and has a full time job! Thats better than most college grads these days.  Now we can finally hit the road for some real adventures!

Although they planned a small 4th of July Fireworks event, some unresolved problem  with my battery charging system  resulted in an offical cancellation.  Alan was able to replace the "Big Boy' relay in my battery compartment so we are making a last minute venture to our usual Spot at the Mall.  Only two other couples joining us- inclduing Don (a fireworks fanatic) and Liz who have not been able to attend any of our previous fireworks outings. As usual, our neighbors did the Pig roast thing.  We served Filet Mignon and Grilled Shrimp!  Great fireworks display viewed
