Damn that hurt! How long will it take Alan to remember my new digs are a lot smaller and shorter than the old ones? He can NOT drive me out with my skydeck open or even the hatch up. The garage header didn't budge and my hatch got tweaked good. We are supposed to head back north in just over a week. That's not happening until I get repaired. Airstream doesn't have a replacement in stock (of course, since they don't make coaches like me anymore) and to get one made will be super expensive. Good thing we are in the high tech Space Coast- there are lots of good metal working shops who can repair aluminum and stainless steel. After some phone calls we got an appointment with a capable shop- and they repaired me to almost as good as new. Looks like we will get to start heading north on time after all.
